SUMMARY:Full Day Summer Camp Week
DESCRIPTION:Wilmot & Wellesley Resource Centre (WWRC) offers Full-Day Summer Camp for Children Ages 5 – 12! We provide campers with a great opportunity to explore our local community through visits to local parks\, the local library or even local businesses! Creative and engaging games\, crafts\, and activities and experienced Summer Camp Leaders ensure that your campers have a fun and memorable experience! \n\n\n\nCampers are required to pack their own (nut-free) lunch\, but pre-packaged snacks are provided. When you register for camp\, you will be emailed a pre-camp information package including a camp checklist\, and details on what you and your child(ren) can expect while attending camp at WWRC. \n\n\n\nCamp will be held from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM at the New Hamburg Community Centre – 251 Jacob St.\, New Hamburg. \n\n\n\nExtended care ($25) will run from 8:30 AM to 9:00 AM\, and from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM. \n\n\n\nPre-registration is required for all summer programs. Campers must fall between 5 and 12 years of age or have completed Junior Kindergarten prior to camp start date. \n\n\n\n\nWeek    Camp                  Full Day          Extended Care \n\n\n\n#1         July 7-11             $250.00           $25 \n\n\n\n#2         July 14-18           $250.00           $25 \n\n\n\n#3         July 28-Aug 1     $250.00            $25 \n\n\n\nPayment in full is a requirement at the time of registration. Payment is refundable up to two weeks prior to the program start date\, minus a $50 administration fee. We will issue and email out receipts at the end of the summer. \n\n\n\n\nPayment Methods:The payment methods we can accept are cheque\, cash or e-transfer. Please send e-transfer to bookkeeper@wilmotwellesleyrc.ca\, and include the camper’s name and the weeks that they are attending in the notes field. \n\n\n\nA limited number of subsidies are available. Please call us at 519-662-2731 to inquire about our subsidy program. \n\n\n\nPlease download and fill out the form\, and email it to info@wilmotwellesleyrc.ca.
