Kids in Motion

Join us for Kids in Motion, an exciting and energetic program designed to get children moving and having fun! This free program takes place every Monday from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. at the Wilmot Recreation Complex and runs on an ongoing basis.

This program is open to caregivers and children aged 0 to 6 years. Come explore a variety of activities that promote big body play, help develop gross motor skills, and encourage balancing, coordination, and sensory exploration.

There is something for everyone in this fun-filled environment. Kids in Motion is free to attend—just bring your energy and enthusiasm!
