Parent Wellness Group

Join other parents to talk about wellness topics and participate in creative activities. This group is a free, in-person program for parents of children 0-18 years old who are looking to connect and support each other.
The Parent Wellness group meets each week at Wilmot & Wellesley Resource Centre.
